Law Student Reception – October 8, 2023

The Wolverine Bar Association, D. Augustus Straker Bar Association, and Black Women Lawyers Association of Michigan are hosting the Annual Law School Reception. Our annual law school reception is open to all diverse law students. The Association of Black Judges of Michigan also supports this event. This event will create networking, fellowshipping, mentorship, and employment opportunities for law students. The event also provides students with information regarding each organization’s scholarships and summer programs.

Guest speakers this year include jurists, law school deans, law firm partners, and various attorneys from the public and private sectors from Metro Detroit.

Hors d’oeuvres, food, and cash bar to be available.
